Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Duties :
- Build various sources of financial advisor hiring & build a team of agents & agent pipeline.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring
- Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products.
- Provide good customer service to maintain and retain customers.
- Expand customer base.
- Conduct learning and development sessions for the team at regular intervals
- Attending and participating in product training and conferences
- Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the same
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation
- 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain
- Age should be between 25 to 40 Years
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to teach and coach other team members
- Team Handling experience would be beneficial for us
