Roles and Responsibilities:

- Agent Recruitment & Development

- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents

- Meeting Business goals

- Selling Birla Sunlife Insurance products

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans

- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

- Field demonstration (FODs)

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduation is compulsory in all cases with a minimum 1-year experience in Insurance Sales/ BFSI Sales

- Age between: 25 to 35 years

- Candidate must have good English Communication skills- Written and Spoken, Independent, Dedicated and Hard working

- Candidate must be a local from Mumbai or atleast stayed in Mumbai for more than 2 years

- Candidate from South or Central Mumbai preferred
