Experience : 0.6 to 2 years (1 year in life insurance (LI) sales or field sales)

Salary : 2.2LPA LPA + 4 LPA + Incentives
The first round of interviews will be conducted over the phone, followed by a face-to-face interview.
Location: Bangalore, Shimoga, Mysore (Preferred), Trivandrum, Calicut, Cochin, Alappuzha, Kollam (Need only south people)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit potential insurance advisors of high quality and ensure they obtain the necessary licenses to meet the company's sales targets.
- Inspire advisors to reach the sales targets established by the company.
- Offer on-the-job training and oversee the performance of advisors.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintain the persistence required for policies acquired by the advisor team to ultimately achieve the team's profitability.
Primary Requirements :
- The candidate must hold a graduate degree.
- Should be a resident of the hiring city for a minimum of 5 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license is essential.
