Job Description :
- Recruitment of new Insurance Advisers
- Manage and Motivate them to achieve sales target through them
- Identification of training requirements for business partner sales teams
- Ensure regular visits to Business Partner units to interact
- Effective Pre & Post sales service to all business partners
Eligibility criteria for the same:
-Minimum qualification - Graduation
-Minimum 1 year experience in DIRECT sales in any industry
- Candidates from Health Insurance / General Insurance / Life Insurance / banking
have added advantage
-Basic Computer Knowledge
- Basic Marketing Skills
Salary: INR 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. + INCENTIVES & ALLOWANCES+BONUS
