Job Description:
AGENCY MANAGER - FOR HEALTH INSURANCE PRODUCTS.
1) New Tie up acquisitions- agents.
2) Relationship Management.
3) Identifying and recruiting potential agents, training the agents/advisers and improving their productivity. Drive them to generate business, follow up is critical requirement.
Desired Profile:
1) Candidates with sales experience of minimum 1 year in any industry will be eligible for the position
2) Candidate having experience in insurance sales domain will have preference
3) Must be Graduate with fair communication
Experience:
1 - 6 Years of insurance sales experience, willingness for field work
SALARY BEST IN THE INDUSTRY - 2.20 L to 3.50L + OTHER BENEFITS+ALLOWANCES & INCENTIVES
