Agency Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Job description :
- We are seeking a driven Agency Manager to lead agency performance. The agency manager's responsibilities include identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery. You should be able to clearly communicate any performance concerns to management and make recommendations.
Sales :
- Recruiting a team of financial advisor on commission basis and generate the business.
- Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors.
- Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management and monitoring capabilities.
- Improve agent productivity and retention.
Required Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)
- Must be Graduate
- Must be local candidates
- Age between 21 to 38 years
