Agency Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a high-performing Agency Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Key Responsibilities :
- Preserving positive relationships with both new and current clients.
- Creating and submitting sales reports regularly to upper management.
- Advising the sales staff and suggesting tactics for increasing sales.
- Establishing and achieving revenue goals for sales.
- Overseeing the work of each team member who is a sales executive.
Candidate Profile :
Age : Minimum 22 Years to maximum 38 years
Qualification : Graduate/MBA
Experience : +2 years in any field of sales

- Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- The capacity to provide top-notch client service.
- Ability to handle various jobs efficiently.
