Position : Agency Manager - Sales
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
Job Roles :
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
- Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Desire Candidates :
