We have Opening for Associate Agency Development Manager
Agency Manager :
ADM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
- Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
- Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
- Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
- Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
Relationship Manager :
- 3 Months Directly Generating the Leads in Field
- After 3 Months 300 Data base Will be Given
- You can call And Generate the Leads
- Experience : 0.6 Months - 8 Years (Any Sales can Apply)
