Position : Relationship Manager
CTC : Up to 5 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
Location : Jaipur
Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in insurance or Banking sales
Education : Graduation
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Hire best in class sales advisors from open market
- Help them, motivate them, guide them and make a strong team of them
- Gain more and more sales from open market
- Stay in touch of team to gain more and main sales
- Maintain decorum of the office
- Prepare monthly reports to do monthly sales analysis
- Stay in touch with existing customers and get more and more business from reference
Candidate preference :
- Local candidate with good local network
- Good communication skill and good personality
- Must have bike and driving license
- Have experience in insurance sales or banking sales
