Job Summary
Looking for candidates with experience into Insurance sales, Agency experience highly preferred. Other Insurance Sales experience candidates should be strong in sales and comfortable with Agency Channel.
Education
Graduation degree mandatory
Experience
- 2 years to 5 years of experience as Sales/Business Development mandatory
- Candidates from any industry will be considered, but should be from sales background & should be comfortable with Insurance Sales.
- Experience into hardcore sales from Insurance background can also be considered, provided the candidate is exceptionally good.
- Achieve GWP
- Targets for the assigned territory & span of Chemists
- Recruitment of New Chemists and Business Mentors as per company policy
- Activation of Chemists
- Ensuring Training and Development of Chemists and Business Mentors as per business requirements
- Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company
- Ensuring Chemists are motivated and building a long term connect between the Chemists and the company
