Agency Manager - Corporate Sales - Bank (3-4 yrs)

Summary :

We need those candidate who can attract clients to buy policy and who can build relationship with potential clients Who can develop new strategies that can boost the organization sales /marketing .

Roles and Duties :

- Lead provide by company you need to work on this lead.

- Convince the customer and sales insurance policy.

- Give the right policy explanation of clients.

- Tell them benefits of policy etc.

- Take daily follow-up clients.

- Set the meeting with interested clients.

- Make good presentation on client's budget.

- Organizing sales visits.

Skills Required :

1. Good communication skills that can improve conversation in between clients and teams.

2. Negotiation skills can benefit into sales of policy to the customers .

3. Problem solving solving skill is also important because sometimes customers can get in trouble that we have to solve the problem ASAP. Sales forecasting skills also important for this role.

Pay Roll: On Roll

Experience: Mini. 3 Years experience in BFSI required

CTC: 3.10 L/A + Incentive + Performance Bonus.
