Experience : Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field

Job role :

1. Attain their objectives

2. Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of daily activity tracking advisors

3. Choosing and training grade advisors

4. Outlining the sales funnel and hitting revenue goals for them.

5. Responsible for generating revenue and achieving business goals.

6. Analyzing the customer's needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction result in delighted customers.

7. The team's ability to make money.

8.Organize the advisor onboarding process's selection process.

9. Be accountable for the advisor's income.

10. As needed, lend a hand with prospecting or spotting activity in the field.

11. Provide assistance when necessary with prospecting or spotting activity in the field.

12. Work as a product expert in the industry

13.Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)

14. Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

- Enabling FCs to use the latest digital platforms

Candidate Profile :

Degree in Any Stream. 1 to 2 years at the very least in sales and marketing appealing personality and effective communication abilities a challenge-ready person

- 24 to 38 years old.

- The applicant must be a native of the city.

- Ability to offer fantastic customer service

- Ability to work in a team environment
