Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-9 yrs)
We are hiring for multination Life insurance company.
Roles:
- Obtain sales leads via various interaction strategies inside the designated territory.
- Make proactive contact with leads and set up meetings to suggest the best plans, rates, and coverages.
- Determine individual client needs by investigating available options and coverage, and expand and sustain your clientele through product sales, cross-selling, recommendations, and renewals.
- Every day, I meet or chat with clients, clarifying policies and responding to inquiries regarding premiums and coverage.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Min.2 years Exp. in insurance / BFSI
Age: 22 to 38 years
Must be graduates
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
