- Recruit And Train Financial Advisor from own reference
- Compare the Performance of the team and take necessary actions
- Develop trusting Relationship among the team and client
- Develop innovative procedure according to market trends
- Create and put into effect sales plans and methods in the agency sector to meet sales targets and increase market share.
- Manage, coach, and supervise a sales team to reach and top sales targets.
- Create and keep connections with crucial clients and channel partners in order to increase earnings and sales.
- Conduct market studies and analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay current on market trends as and competition.
Requirement :
Qualification : Bachelors' Degree (Preferred)
Experience : Minimum 2 Years in any sales
