Job Description :
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create many sources of agent hiring or a team of agent & a sales pipeline.
- Development of agent prospecting, calling, and business procedures.
-Agent recruiting, phoning and company policies are being established.
- Identify the agent's training needs and work with Trainers to improve them.
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans must all be met.
- Manage the company's assortment of products sales ratio and respect to business norms.
Desired Candidate profile :
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Field sales: 2 year (Preferred)
Age: 24- 38 yea
Pay roll- On Roll
CTC- 2.00LPA to 4.00LPA
