- Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal
- Financial Advisors
Building a team of PFAs :
- Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organisation
- Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAs
- Activisation of successfully appointed new PFAs through handholding, participation in OJT and ensuring their motivation to sell
- Achieving the number of active PFAs in his/her team as per the organisations targets
