Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Role : Agency Development Manager
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
Roles & Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients .
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
Desire Candidates :
- Candidate must have 2 years of experience in sales (preferably General insurance, health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI).
- Graduation complete in any stream
- Age: 24 to 38 years old
