Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Building a team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references. Continuously train & motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales. Advisors can get a commission on their sales.
Designation: Agency Development Manager.
Job Description :
- Manage the hiring of agents to meet insurance sales targets.
- developing agents through commission-based training.
- Monitor each agent's activity plan to make sure it is being completed at the specified levels.
- Promote and encourage agents to enrol in the organization's career advancement programme.
- Update the Sales Management System and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- Encourage agents to manage their customers and cross-sell them on other items using the Agent Portal and CRM.
Candidate Profile :
- Channel: Channel of the agency.
- On Roll for Payroll.
- Minimal experience. Required: 2 years of field sales and marketing experience.
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + incentive and additional benefits.
- Requirement: Mini. Graduation is required.
