Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hiring agents from personal contacts
- developing agents through commission-based training.
- Ensure that each agent's activity plan is carried out by monitoring it. according to specified levels.
- Update the Sales Management System and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- Promote & motivate agents for the Career progression program to make them
Qualifications
- Candidate must have 2+ Years of experience in BFSI or Life Insurance Sales
- Minimum Graduate in any stream
- Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the local market, and proven track records
