Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsible for development of agency network. Recruitment of advisors who work on commission basis for sales of Life Insurance.
Responsibilities :
- Find, hire, and train agents, then use them to create business in the designated area.
- Must regularly meet with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediates while keeping organized records on each.
- Planning the long-term commercial strategies of re-establishing connections with important decision-makers
- Planning the long-term business strategies for the area
- Management and development of each branch's sales force
- Manage Advisor career progressions and create a pool of Premier Advisors
- Strengthen distribution by identifying potential leaders
- Ensure Retention of Advisors by constantly engaging with them and their leaders
Candidate profile :
- Age only 21 years to 38 year max taking the same joining,
- Candidate Must have At least a minimum 2year of experience in Sales
- Candidate must have their own two-Wheeler or bike
- Should have an understanding on local market and understand the agency channel model
