Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking to employ a highly driven sales manager with a leading company
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales calls
- Motivate advisors for more Sales
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers
- Work on the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell
Candidate Profile :
- Education: min graduation
- Experience: min 2 years in sales
- CTC: up to 4 LPA+Incentives
- Fulltime-on Role Job
- Good Personality
- Effective Communication
