Job Title: Agency Development Manager
Location:Bangalore,Mangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to help them meet their sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency network and increase market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in insurance sales or agency development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
