Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- We are looking for Punjab Location - Agency Development Manager for leading life Insurance company.
Responsibility :
- Agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Planning and Goal Setting holds review sessions and wake-up conferences as necessary.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Training and mentoring for partner agencies
- Examining the trends in the marketplace and industry at the moment and using what you learn to grow your firm.
- Design a target once a month action plan.
- Dissect the strategy in light of the potential of the insurance advisors.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduation
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in field sales/marketing/BFSI/Insurance
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + incentives + benefits
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
