Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- To Recruit financial advisers from the open market
- Lead action to upgrade existing specialist footfall to create new reference for new specialist employing
- Generating leads through cold calling references
- Comfortable with fieldwork
- Delegates work as needed
- Handle inbound queries
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Candidate profile:
- Qualification: Graduation Compulsory
- Experience: Min 2-3 years of experience in Sales Field Work
- CTC: Up to 4:00 LPA + Incentives
