Job Description :
- The aim is to drive Insurance Business by actively seeking and acquiring new costumers. To ensure all the pre and post-sales support and services to the costumer.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build your own team
- Establishing strong relationship with custmers
- Developing and maintain relationship with External recruitment agencies and vendors
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
- Achieve monthly sales target
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales.
- Age : 23-39 years
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
