Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
To aid in the expansion of our company, we are looking for an expert and knowledgeable channel sales manager. You will also serve as a point of contact for our marketing and sales staff.
1. The selection, evaluation, and training of new agents.
2. monitoring progress and developing plans of action.
3. building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
4. Making certain that everyone on staff uses their time wisely.
5. Ensure that employees follow agency rules, guidelines, and policies.
Candidate Profile:
- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
- Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
- Good communication skill
