Job Description :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Create and manage a network of representatives to market and sell the company's goods and services.
- Create and put into action sales strategies to achieve individual and group sales goals.
- To find new sales prospects, do market research and keep abreast of business trends and legal developments.
- Agents should receive training and support to ensure they have the information and abilities needed to effectively advertise and sell goods and services.
- Establishing and maintaining great connections with agents can help you better understand their requirements and give them the assistance and resources they need.
- To promote successful communication and alignment of sales strategy with corporate goals, work with other departments such as marketing and product development.
- To pinpoint opportunities for improvement and enhance sales strategies, track and analyses market trends and sales performance.
