Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Hiring and training of competent advisors
- Selling potential advisors on a job opportunity during recruitment
- Make sure advisers receive adequate instruction on the product, rules, and other selling inputs.
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of daily activity tracking advisors
- Providing needs-based training and motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors while paying special attention to average performers.
- By going to client meetings with the advisors, impart product and practical training.
- Directing them towards reaching revenue goals and the sales funnel.
- Analysing consumer needs and providing a high degree of customer satisfaction that results in customer delight.
- Carrying out a variety of recruitment and sales promotion initiatives.
- Responsible for generating sales and achieving corporate goals.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience : 2 Years of experience in Banking and Insurance
- Age : 22 to 38 Years
