Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We are looking for a motivated Agency Manager to oversee agency performance. You should be able to communicate any concerns about performance to management and make recommendations.
Agency Manager Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Analyzing market and industry trends and using information for business advancement.
Agency Manager Requirements :
- Any graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field sales/marketing/BFSI/Insurance
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + incentives + benefits
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
