Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
We are looking out for an individual Agency Development Manager with minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
Responsibility :
- Developing various sources of agent hiring & building a team of agent & agent pipe line.
- Working with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- Identifying the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans and maintain agent pro activity as per business plan.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
