Agency Development Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Agency Manager will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
- Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
- Appointing the advisor team who is already having an IRDA certification.
- Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
- Continuously review advisor performance and their productivity and set new targets.
- Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports.
- Coordination with operations for all local support.
