Agency Development Manager - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
Job description :
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of life insurance agents within the agency channel. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training top-performing life insurance agents.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and coaching agents to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitoring agent performance and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure agents are well-equipped.
- Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
