Job Summary :
The Agency Development Manager is responsible for managing and developing a team of insurance agents to achieve business targets and drive growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Find and select candidates for the company.
- Experts should be given the chance for growth and education.
- Perform agents in arriving sales and business goals.
- To improve results, follow the agent's work and provide comments.
- Ensure each of the company procedures and rules are followed.
- Create and implement growth and net sales-boosting strategies.
- Develop effective partnerships with agents and consumers.
- Keep detailed records as well as reports on worker efficiency and company activity.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 2 years of expertise in field sales or BFSI.
- Excellent relationships, interactions, and capacity for negotiations
- Capability to successfully guide and supervise a team
- Insurance product understanding and industry trends
- Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency
Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives
