We are looking for a passionate and motivated Agency Development Manager to join our awesome sales team. As our Agency Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Our main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and direct the sales staff, as well as oversee recruiting, training, and performance management.
- Create and carry out strategic sales strategy to exceed BFSI sector goals.
- Develop solid customer connections and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Maintain an awareness of industry developments, market circumstances, and rivals.
- Sales team mentoring to enhance sales, product expertise, and service.
- Present sales data, analytics, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that sales are in accordance with industry rules and corporate policy.
- Actively respond to client comments to improve satisfaction.
Requirements :
Qualification : Graduation is mandatory
Experience : Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
Age : 21 to 38
CTC : 250000 to 380000
Communication : Good communication Skill
