JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development
- Maintaining relationships with corporate clients of the area
- Evolving market segmentation strategies to achieve desired target
- Keeping any customer database to improve tracking, reporting and customer service
- Driving sales strategies to achieve periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue
- Running sales & marketing operations, increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets
- Mentoring, training and development of the field functionaries to ensure the sales and operational efficiency
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members-
