Agency Development Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
As a Agency Development Manager - Field Sales , you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals outside of the office.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
- Effective verbal communication to explain policy details, answer client questions, and address concerns.
- Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
- Monitor and analyses sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of any field sales experience
- Good Communication skills
- Age criteria is 21 to 40
