- Evaluating the performance of current agencies and developing action plans to improve performance
- Reviewing market research data to identify opportunities for new business development or expansion of existing business relationships
- Working with management to develop strategies for hiring, training, and managing a staff of advertising professionals
- Establishing solid relationships with staff and clients.
- Promote & motivate agents for the Career progression program to make them join the organization.
Candidate Requirement :
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
CTC : Up to 3.80 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
