Agency Channel Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated Agency Channel Manager who can oversee an effective distribution system and establish challenging goals for sales.
Work Requirements
- Build and manage a strong network of individual agents.
- Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Offering and allocating work to team members
- The major responsibility is to sell products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.
- Offer pre-and post-sale support (e.g., settlement of claims).
- Sales of life insurance policies through the agency model.
Required Skillset
- strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Adept at relationship-building and negotiation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Candidate Specifications
- Must have 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Age group: 22-38 preferred.
- Must own a bike and have a license.
