Job Title: Agency Channel Manager - Insurance Sector

Job Overview:

As an Agency Channel Manager in the Insurance sector, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents who will sell insurance policies to customers through the agency channel. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure that they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage a group of insurance agents by hiring, educating, and developing them

- To hit sales targets, develop and put into practise sales tactics.

- Identify possibilities to enhance sales by analysing market trends.

- Make sure employees are exceeding client expectations and achieving sales goals.

- Keep track of agent performance and update senior management on it.

- Create and preserve solid connections with representatives, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Agents should receive continuous training so they can grow their sales abilities and product understanding.

- Verify that all company rules and regulations are followed

- Work together with other departments to create and implement marketing initiatives.

- Compile and present reports to senior management on sales and market trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 3 minimum years of field sales experience

- Superior abilities in management and leadership

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

- The capacity to identify market trends and create plans to boost sales

- Understanding of insurance services and products

- Ability to establish a team of agents and inspire them to meet sales goals

- Ability to work both independently and with others in a team Excellent time-management and organisational skills

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
