Agency Business Head - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate objectives in the banking industry.
- Identify and cultivate new business possibilities to maintain a consistent flow of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain solid connections with existing clients by offering outstanding customer service and meeting their financial needs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet personal and team goals.
- Stay current on industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor activity to inform your business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve a smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and provide frequent sales reports and performance analyses to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduated from a reputable university.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, negotiating, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of the banking and financial services sector
- The ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced work environment.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
