Job description

Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling.

Target Based Job of International and Domestic Sales.

Required Candidate profile

Experience in International & Domestic Sales- Good Communication & Presentable

Good Leadership - Proven sales experience in Hardgoods & Decorative Products.

Ability to work independently, to work effectively across functional lines, to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, to make consequential decisions that brings projects, investigations, and other activities to closure.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieve targeted sales volumes and market shares.

- Operate as an independent profit centre with end-to-end responsibility.

- To formulate business plans and execute the same as per the laid down sales strategy.

- Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.

- Develop network and relations with Global Customers as well as Domestic Supply sources.

- Generate Leads and Business from international customers for above products.

- End-to-end customer interface from order procurement to execution.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, entrepreneurial drive and you are performance/result driven.

- Track record of building relationships with key accounts.

- You enjoy cultivating new relationships and interpersonal interactions and are a good salesperson, comfortable making an ask.

- You have established network and relations with dealers and distributors of Branded Medical Devices.

- Graduate/MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales hardgoods.
