Agara Labs - Senior Sales Development Representative (3-12 yrs)

AGARA is looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek, prospect, create and nurture new business opportunities. The role will entail engaging and building relationships with prospects and potential customers.

You will be the face of the company, the first time prospects hear about AGARA Voice AI. The activities by you will result in increasing top, middle and bottom of the sales funnel. The outcome being - qualified high quality leads-, which the sales team can work on to demonstrate value, discuss commercials and close deals.

You will talk to customers to educate them about AGARA, quickly understand possible areas/use cases to potentially map AGARA's capability to satisfy those use cases to every potential customer. This role will be key to boost AGARA's revenue growth and customer acquisition rates.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate, qualify and nurture new leads from both marketing campaigns and outbound reach outs/campaigns (inbound and outbound)

- Research on Industries, identify prospects/personas and stakeholders to reach out to generate leads

- Contact potential prospects and personas through cold calls and emails (global markets)

- Present AGARA as a company and its Voice AI solutions to potential prospects

- Quickly relate and identify the prospect's needs/goals and suggest where AGARA can help by articulating benefits, case studies and KPIs as required

- Build trusting relationships with prospects during the prospecting cycle and beyond

- Proactively research industry and company trends, seek and look out new business opportunities in global markets for AGARA's Voice AI solutions.

- Schedule and set up qualified meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales

- Regularly report to Sales on pipeline view and results

- Manage multiple threads with multiple customers across geographies and time zones with the objective of progressing leads

- Maintain and accelerate the pace of reach outs with the sole objective of maintaining and creating an ongoing robust pipeline

- Keep the CRM updated with leads and activities

SDR Job Description : 

Requirements : 

- Must Have :

- Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative in B2B/enterprise SaaS

- Global markets experience (North America and Europe)

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social media outreach

- Ability and willingness to work in US / Europe time zones

- Savvy with LinkedIn, deep internet research and other prospecting tools

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and first level demonstrations to move the lead forward

- Track record of achieving sales quotas

- Understanding of sales & prospecting metrics

Nice to Have :

- Experience in selling and prospecting for AI / ML-led products or enterprise software

- Experience working with a CRM

Important Notes :

- The role involves extensive work in the North America region so successful candidates will be required to work 6pm to 2am

- The role will be remote (candidates can be located anywhere in the world) so must have a good setup for internet and a quiet environment to make calls

- Tools and expenses for calling will be provided by the company
