About You :

You'll be an excellent communicator; somebody who wants to speak up and give their ideas. You will have experience working in tech or for a product company and feel excited about working in a start-up culture, leading a marketing campaigns team in India. With extensive marketing experience, you- ll lead the team, and the product, to success. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns in the Indian region.

Responsibilities :

- Managing the Marketing team

- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (content, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth

- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research

- Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

- Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives

- Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing

- Identify industry trends and insights

- Feeding back to the management team on product, marketing, and brand strategy

- Ensuring new contacts and leads that are generated are effectively nurtured for the sales team

- Ensuring our marketing presence across social media is effective, engaging and Managing external agencies, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery

- Devising creative marketing campaigns to generate conversions, and raise brand awareness.

- Creating campaign and media plans and seeking approval from stakeholders

- Reporting regularly and meaningfully to stakeholders on marketing performance, and offering suggestions for improvement

- Working within the parameters of established tools and processes

- Thinking creatively to solve new problems

Skills and experience :

- Experience managing a medium-sized marketing team

- Effective at prioritizing and scheduling tasks for the team

- Can manage multiple priorities over multiple business verticals

- Extensive knowledge in marketing practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, PR, reporting

- Experience in a tech or product company

- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
