Afinoz - Head - Sales (6-12 yrs)
- Candidate must have minimum 6+ years of experience in BFSI sector particularly in Sales (Personal & Business Loan)
- Creating & Scaling business with Top Banks & NBFC's in India
- Deep understanding of banking products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan etc
- Knowledge on Lead generation, conversion & disbursement
- Involved market research, area mapping, network establishments and partner tie ups.
- Experienced working with start-ups in developing new markets & achieving desired sales targets
- Proficient in analysing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for staff retention and end to end sales and operations
- Team handling, partner Relationship management and customer service
- Responsible for revenue generation, P&L accountability and ROI
- Responsible for marketing activities & competitor analysis for the assigned market.
