We are one of the biggest insurance brokerage houses in the UAE and looking for a Telemarketing Executive for a home-based position to start immediately.

A process training that is paid is provided, fixed salary and a very rewarding incentives structure that is uncapped and providing you the opportunity of earning almost up to 50% of your salary.

In order to qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.

Designation: Telemarketing Executive

Compensation/CTC Package: Fixed salary+ No cap Heavy Incentives+ on the Job training

Duties and responsibilities : 

- Influence prospective clients to consider buying any insurance product and provide excellent service on each lead generation call

- Action revival and recycle leads, obtain prospects- information and update request status in the internal software system.

- Complete new lead requests by registering prospects- information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.

- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on a daily basis.

- Determine eligibility by comparing prospective client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value.

- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending procedures.

- Answer customers- calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.

- Support the unit manager in any additional assignment.

Required skills and experience : 

- 2 years of proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Patient and able to handle customers- rejection

- Persistent and results-oriented

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
