Affle - Assistant Manager/Manager - Marketing/Google AdWords (3-6 yrs)

Position Overview :

For this role, we are looking for someone in the Digital marketing role for Affle's mTraction Enterprise (mE) at Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven performer who is comfortable in Google PPC, Retargeting Campaigns, and drafting Marketing Presentations.

Responsibilities :

- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, and other search engine and social media platforms.

- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.

- Manage the creation of large keyword lists.

- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.

- Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.

- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with goals.

- Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.

- Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.

- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with goals.

- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.

- Ensuring that all Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our website

- Analyzing campaign metrics/data and providing interpretation and suggestions for improving performance

- Conducting AB testing across ads and landing pages

- Reviewing traffic in Google Analytics

- Hubspot CRM lead management.

- Work with sales team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in Google Ads, content planning, and marketing strategy.

- Master's degree in marketing or relevant field.

- Prior experience with IT services companies (web & mobile app development based) and target-based marketing is a must.

- Excellent written and presentation drafting skills.

- Experience with CRM, sales, and marketing automation tools.

- Highly creative with excellent data analytical abilities.
