- We are looking for an AdOps Manager with experience in Affiliate Markeing.

About The Role :

The core functions for Ad Operations are as follows :

Drive Growth :

- Track, monitor and analyze the key metrics for assessing a campaign's performance

- Prepare reports from a large pool of data, analyze client accounts to maximize Revenue Empower

Performance :

- Optimize the performance of Campaigns continuously to drive a higher Return on Investment

- Use insights and customer intelligence to improve Campaign Performance

- Liaise with Account Managers in order to strategize and exceed client expectations in terms of Revenue, Growth and Client Satisfaction

Ninja like Precision and delivery :

- Ensure timely delivery of high quality campaign assets and deliverables

- Conduct surveys and research drives to gather customer insights & intelligence

Who should apply for this role ?

- You have a work experience of 1-6 years in Advertising Operations

- You should have experience working in Affiliate Marketing using tools such as HasOffers, Cake, Voluum etc.

- You are very comfortable working with numbers

- You have excellent oral & written communication skills, along with the ability to liaise with various internal and external teams

- You are comfortable driving strategic initiatives and managing tactical day to day deliverables

- You can leverage your logical and reasoning skills to identify issues, best solutions and approaches to a problem
