1. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
2. Carefully manage and optimize a smaller advertising budget to ensure the highest possible return on investment.
3. Collaborate directly with content creators (often handling some content creation tasks personally) to produce effective ad copy and visuals that resonate with a technical and professional audience.
4. Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance continuously, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve results.
5. A/B Testing : Implement and manage A/B testing for various components of the ads to maximize campaign effectiveness and improve engagement rates.
Skill Set :
1. Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and others. Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is essential.
2. Ability to analyze complex data sets to glean actionable insights. Strong numerical and analytical skills are critical.
3. Aptitude for crafting engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with various target audiences.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating ad content and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
