A business development executive is responsible for driving all sales activities and directly contributing to the revenue and the growth of the organization. The role involves actively coordinating across teams, constantly building new accounts, and exercising exceptional interpersonal skills. He/she should be able to provide new methodologies and ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about the current marketplace and competitor activity.


Responsibilities :

- Meet their monthly and quarterly targets on time.

- Execute and implement the sales strategies to support the team and ensure all the work is being done as per the Monthly/Quarterly targets.

- Constantly conduct market research and stay up to date on the current standpoint of the marketplace and the competitors.

- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities for the organization.

- Keep prospective client database constantly updated.

- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, retention of customers, etc.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required :

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Must have good negotiation skills.

- Must have worked on the CRM tools and Dialer

- Must be okay with cold calling

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

- Must be detail oriented and an active listener.

- Must possess the ability to work under pressure.

- Must be a good problem solver and a critical thinker.
